Receive consented international patient inquiries

This network helps patients organize procedure, timing and contact information before they ask to hear from providers. An inquiry may be shared with up to 3 relevant independent providers only after the patient consents.

What an inquiry can include

  • Requested procedure or treatment category
  • Home country and travel window when supplied
  • Email and optional WhatsApp/phone
  • Records-readiness or planning notes when supplied
  • Source site and landing page for context

How routing works

We use the patient's stated procedure, timing and destination context to decide where an inquiry may fit. We limit sharing to up to 3 relevant providers rather than distributing the inquiry broadly.

Participation in the network is not an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee of clinical quality. Providers remain responsible for credentials, facility authorization, medical advice, pricing, consent and follow-up.

What we ask from providers

  • Identify the treating clinician and facility clearly.
  • Provide itemized pricing and state important exclusions.
  • Explain what evaluation is required before a treatment plan is final.
  • State deposit, cancellation and refund terms in writing.
  • Describe follow-up and escalation plans for international patients.

Credential transparency matters

Patients should be able to independently check professional authorization in Colombia's ReTHUS system and provider/facility registration in REPS where applicable. We encourage providers to make those details easy to verify.
